So fun! Atlanta only got snow this weekend and it was gone the next day. I feel like everyone has gotten more snow but us!!! Anyway, I finally updated my blog and now you can see pictures of our new little man. I miss you girl and hope you all are well. There is a vintage bookstore a few blocks from my house and EVERY time I pass it, I think of you! I wish I knew what would make your heart flutter and I would get something for you, but I have No clue what to look for. Let's try and catch up soon. Exctied for your adventure to Washington State soon.
That is one heck of a snowman! I'm so impressed. Happy late Valentine's Day. I always think of you on V-day and wonder what the V-day ghost and goblins are up to this year!
LOVE your blog!! I read it regularly but haven't commented. You have such a beautiful family. I have been wanting to try that delicious looking bread since you first wrote about it. Well, I mixed my starter this morning and hope my bread turns out like yours. I have a question. After mixing the dough and waiting for it to rise you said to add to/remake your starter. Do I add the same amount? Also, how long will the starter last before making more? I know these questions may seem silly, but I NEED help!!! Thanks so much
Hi Abby I come by once in a while to check in with what's going on with your family. These pictures just captured my heart this morning. I just love the sheer joy that is so evident on all the faces...even the dog! Good for you for capturing these sweet memories to remember down the road...and for your daughters to look back on and cherish. God bless!
Looks like y'all had a blast in the snow! I love your sled: )!! Isn't it sad, we've lived in snow paradise up here and we've never built a snowman! We really need to before we move! Have a great week! ~Natalie
I need help with the bread recipe too. I like another reader am not sure how much to add to the starter where your recipe says add to/remake. Thanks so much,
i echo your post title...i chose to live in the south because it's HOT. i am dying in this freezing weather. i'm even daydreaming about being pregnant in the summer...hot, in a summer dress, drinking virgin margaritas. who daydreams about being pregnant in the summer?? me.
