Jeremiah and I went to school together forever. My maiden name was Granger. Anyway, my husband often says things that are exactly what Jeremiah said and would say. I have always been sympathetic when I would read your blog and know that Jeremiah would say those things without realizing what he was actually saying because I have known Jeremiah and know his kind heart. Now, when my husband would say the same things I was not sympathetic. I am glad to know that most men just don't get it. You are a wonderful writer and I enjoy reading and learning about your precious family. Thanks for always inspiring us and for keeping it real! I too love my husband and am thankful for all that he does to provide, love, and support. My mom read your blog and even called me this morning to tell me she thinks Bailey (my husband) and Jeremiah would get along great.Brandi Barteehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07238955172996260672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-722187693151167525.post-79403140594465201742008-09-17T00:56:00.000-05:002008-09-17T00:56:00.000-05:00Glad you have enjoyed wonderful time with kids dur...Glad you have enjoyed wonderful time with kids during your vacation trip.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04405045085600864089noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-722187693151167525.post-49097596438225701572008-09-16T16:02:00.000-05:002008-09-16T16:02:00.000-05:00Abby, I've stalked your page for a while. I'm All...Abby, I've stalked your page for a while. I'm Allyson Dozier. I grew up in Dothan and my maiden name is Etheredge. Jeremiah and I are the same age and were pretty good friends growing up. I thought I would finally identify myself. I am so glad I am not the only one that feels like our husbands just get to pick up and do whatever, whenever. I always have to plan around naps, meals, etc. and not once does he consider these things. Why do we have to ask if they can watch their own kids, but they don't have to ask that of us. We just do it. My hubby made the comment that I expect him to come straight home from work instead of going to mess with the horse, etc. Well where do you expect me to go everyday?! I don't exactly have the choice to work horses! Sorry! I didn't mean to go off on a tangent. Just wanted you to know you aren't the only one!aedozierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09840527464419121023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-722187693151167525.post-6209883865407959762008-09-16T14:30:00.000-05:002008-09-16T14:30:00.000-05:00You mean we're not the same person when we're not ...You mean we're not the same person when we're not on vacation?!!!?!!! LOL. Girl I soooo know what you mean. Especially being a Clipboard girl myself, I have to be vacation Andi every once in awhile. :) Thanks for the info on the site feeder. Glad to know about the privacy...:) GREAT post. Looking forward to more updates as process progresses. Love you! You did a good thing by keeping your thoughts to yourself, because I probably would have let him have it as well! Sometimes I just wish I could get in their heads for just a couple of minutes and see what it would be like :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-722187693151167525.post-1637529516849334962008-09-16T10:25:00.000-05:002008-09-16T10:25:00.000-05:00Amen, girls! Sometimes I think they say things wit...Amen, girls! Sometimes I think they say things without really thinking about how it sounds or how its going to affect us. It's funny Jeremiah asked you that, Matt has said that EXACT thing to me before...I think you handled it like a champ, like a real godly woman. I'm not so sure I wouldn't have just let him have it right there, thanks for the lesson.Abby Eutenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05492804294292562528noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-722187693151167525.post-25670359237787593662008-09-16T07:41:00.000-05:002008-09-16T07:41:00.000-05:00Abby, I couldn't have said it better myself - well...Abby, I couldn't have said it better myself - well, of course not, b/c you're AMAZING with words - but that is EXACTLY how I feel about men (my husband) - they just don't get how many things are constantly going through our minds 24/7 concerning the kids and meals and their diaper bags and potty time and nap times and the house and kids' friends and school and everything else in our lives. But right there with you - I love my husband with all my heart and am grateful for everything he does!Kelliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18323423712542162596noreply@blogger.com
